General

This well-maintained Linden Spitsgatkotter 13.70, built in 2011 and in excellent condition, exudes classic elegance and solidity, with a robust, round-bilged steel hull that offers both strength and stiffness, while the flowing lines ensure excellent handling. Inside, the saloon is bright and spacious, with a comfortable U-shaped seating area and a large dinette, while the forward and spacious aft cabins each have a double bed, allowing for comfortable accommodation for four people. The warm teak interior with blue upholstery and matching beige curtains combines classic charm with modern comfort. The galley is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, and combination microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower and designer radiator. Heating is provided by a central heating system with radiators throughout the vessel (Kabola HR 400 combi), ensuring pleasant warmth in all living areas. For extra comfort outside under the sprayhood, a Kickstart hot air heater is available, so that a pleasant temperature is also possible on the aft deck.

The deck offers luxurious and practical features: a blue-painted spray hood and bimini covering the entire aft deck, a fully polished stainless steel railing with access on both sides, a polished stainless steel swim ladder integrated into the hull, and a teak-finished aft deck for both ambiance and grip. The bow is equipped with two double fender baskets, one on each side, and for the active water sports enthusiast, there's a hydraulically lowerable aluminum cross mast with stainless steel rigging, ideal for low bridges.

The vessel also excels technically, thanks in part to annual maintenance: a 148-hp Perkins 6-cylinder diesel engine, hydraulic steering, and proportional Vetus bow and stern thrusters ensure effortless and precise sailing. The propeller shaft is water-lubricated and made of high-quality stainless steel, with an Aquadrive constant velocity joint to minimize vibration. Modern Simrad navigation and communication technology, including an autopilot, chartplotter, radar, and AIS, makes long voyages both comfortable and safe. This Linden Spitsgatkotter combines classic lines and robustness with luxury, comfort, and modern technology, perfect for both relaxed and adventurous sailing.

The Purchase Process: How Does It Work?

If you are working with a yacht broker for the first time, it’s helpful to understand how the purchase process works and what you can expect from us.
1

Orientation and Making an Offer

Do you have a yacht in mind? You can schedule a viewing without obligation to determine if the yacht meets your expectations. A technical inspection is not necessary at this stage.

Based on your impression, you can make an offer. We act as an intermediary and negotiate on your behalf with the yacht's owner.
2

Price Agreement and Purchase Agreement

Once we have agreed on the price, we will draw up a purchase agreement. This usually includes a clause making the purchase subject to a survey by an expert.

When signing the agreement, we request a 10% deposit. This amount will be held in a secure third-party escrow account.

3

Survey and Finalization

An expert will carry out a comprehensive survey of the yacht. If any issues are found, the seller will resolve them or compensation will be offered if you prefer to handle the repairs yourself.

If the issues are too significant, you can cancel the purchase.
4

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the issues are resolved and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining 90%. This amount will also be securely held in the third-party escrow account. Once you confirm that the yacht meets your expectations, you will sign the delivery document.

Only then will the funds be released to the seller, and we will schedule the official handover.
5

Handover and Transfer

Together, we will carefully review all documentation so you know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also inspect the yacht to ensure all issues have been addressed. Of course, we will provide you with explanations on the onboard equipment and key systems.

Once everything is clear and meets your satisfaction, we will officially hand over the keys and your new boating adventure can begin.
